Meet The Brewer
Tim Daley
Tim joins our team here at The Dark Horse bringing with him over two decades of brewing experience. Beginning as a homebrewer and brewery volunteer, he quickly realized the need to take his passion fro the art and science of craft brewing to the next level. After attending the school of brewing technology at the Siebel Institute in Chicago, Tim has worked as a brewer, winemaker, and distiller at the Lowell Brewing Co., Nashoba Valley Spirits in Bolton, MA, and most recently as co-owner and brewer at Pioneer Brewing Co. in Sturbridge , MA.
Tim is looking forward to crafting high quality examples of traditional styles, as well as exploring new techniques and ingredients in order to provide the most exciting and satisfying beer experience possible.
